James Linne started out in medicine as a career, working as a stomach and intestine doctor for 35 years in Cincinnati, Ohio. During this time, he began to realize that what we eat has a huge impact on the health of our gut, body, and mind overall. This inspired him to start a business raising grass fed beef cattle, where he could ensure his animals had a clean and nutritious diet in order to ensure healthy beef for his customers.
